Every machine you build, traceable for its whole life.

Conexión puts a QR label on each unit you manufacture. Your customer scans it and sees exactly what they own — model, serial, warranty, and every repair ever done to it. You see the same thing from your workshop.

Scanned a label on a machine? Point your camera at it — there is nothing to sign in to.

How it works

  1. 01

    Print the labels

Generate a batch of codes and print them on ordinary label sheets — Avery, A4 or a 40mm roll. Every code is unique and unguessable.

  2. 02

    Record each unit

Scan a label at the bench, pick the product and the buyer. The serial number is issued automatically, in your own format.

  3. 03

    The customer scans it

They see the model, the manufacturing date, warranty status and the service history of that exact machine. No app to install.

Service history that stays with the machine

Log a repair against a serial and it appears on the label from then on — for whoever opens the panel next, years later.

Customers can reach you from the machine

A message sent from the label arrives with the unit, the model and who bought it already attached. No one has to describe which machine they mean.

Built to keep old labels working

Equipment outlives software. Codes carry a check digit so a damaged label fails safely, and labels printed by a previous system keep resolving.

Made for manufacturers who answer the phone themselves

Conexión was built for a welding-controller maker with six hundred units in service and hand-written service records. It is meant to be usable by whoever is at the bench, on the phone they already have in their pocket.
