What people usually ask.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Any phone camera opens the label. They see the unit’s page in the browser, and can message you from it.
What do I need to print the labels?
An ordinary printer and standard label sheets (Avery L7160, A4 sheets, or a 40mm roll). Conexión prepares the print-ready file.
Does my team need special equipment?
No. The Conexión app runs on any Android phone, and the web app on any computer. The phone camera is the scanner.
What if we have no internet at the factory?
The app records units offline and syncs on its own when it reconnects. Nothing is lost.
We already have labels from an older system.
Conexión was built to keep existing labels working. Old codes can be carried over, so units already in the field are not left behind.
Is our data safe?
Each company’s data is kept separate from every other’s. Staff accounts can use two-factor sign-in, and every change is recorded in an audit log.
